Support for Perinatal Grief and Loss

Whether your loss is due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, TFMR, stillbirth, neonatal death or infant death I am here to support you to bear the unbearable and try and make sense of an experience that makes absolutely no sense.

Following loss it can be an isolating and lonely time, often people can feel very disconnected from friends, family and those around them. I’m not here to rush you through your pain and I’m not going to dismiss or minimise your feelings by starting sentences with ‘at least…’ or trying to find a silver lining to this. My therapy room is a toxic positivity free zone. I can provide you a space to express your pain and feel your feelings. I can provide gentle explanations of ‘what grief is’ and how others have learned to live with the pain.
